In 2008, Probuild began the design and construction of a new mixed-use development at 717 Bourke Street, Docklands. The project comprised retail, car parking, a hotel, five podium levels and two multi-level towers. This was a highly intricate and architecturally challenging project, located at one of Dockland’s busiest intersections.
Probuild’s specific construction expertise in the pre-construction phase ensured costs were minimised and led to the construction of an exceptionally environmentally friendly structure.
