Thirty8 Albert Ave on homeward stretch

June 2015

Completion of Thirty8 Albert Avenue in Chatswood has edged another step closer with the topping out of the residential tower last Friday.

A small ceremony was held with Willoughby Lord Mayor Gail Giles-Gidney and our client, Wu International, to commemorate the achievement.

A site BBQ was held for more than 300 workers to congratulate them on completing the structure on time and LTI-free.

The team has already moved onto the façade and finishes phases of the project involving the dismantling of the scaffold system and tower crane as well as the internal finishes which are well underway.

Thirty8 Albert Avenue is progressing down the homeward stretch with completion on track for later this year.
