Congratulations to ARM Architecture for taking out the Victorian Architecture Medal and four other awards for their work on The Shrine of Remembrance – Galleries of Remembrance.
The Shrine five awards and commendation in another category made it the standout project at the Victorian Architecture Awards in Melbourne last Friday night.
Probuild was proud to construct the project and deliver the multiple award-winning information and education centre that honours those who have served and continue to serve in Australia’s armed forces.
Amy Muir, Chair of Juries for the Victorian Architecture Awards, described The Shrine as “robust and sympathetic in its approach to detailing and built execution, the Stage Two addition provides an exemplar, quality architectural intervention which received unanimous support as the winner of the 2015 Victorian Architectural Medal”.
